Questions I had were answered quickly either in phone calls or emails. Both Craig and Bob Whay in finance helped to move the process efficiently along. Worst experience. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. The dealership promised to fix multiple things on a vehicle before I bought it. In the long run they refused to pay a single penny for the repairs they promised to do. Over a month later of them holding the vehicle they finally agreed to do the work for $200. After picking my vehicle up I noticed that they did fix the few things wrong, but they also broke a bunch of things in the vehicle and left it in terrible shape. My side panels were all off of the walls, my turbo gauge is loose, they broke a hole in my shift knob. Please do not get any work done or shop here, you will regret it.

Disappointing and dishonest. After negotiating a deal and signing preliminary paperwork Linzzie decided to change the agreed upon terms and lost my deal. Blaming my salesmen for miscommunication. In reality I think it’s because the car I was buying needed some bodywork that wasn’t disclosed and he didn’t want to honor the repair request.

We had all of the paperwork completed and even paid a deposit to hold the car. We asked multiple times if they needed anything else from us and were repeatedly told no. My appointment to pick up the car was at 9:00 a.m., yet the salesman arrived ten minutes late. After finally sitting down to sign the paperwork, we were suddenly told that a $15,000 down payment was required to complete the deal. At no point was this ever discussed beforehand — despite us specifically asking multiple times if there was anything else needed. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up this vehicle and even moved my chemo appointment to make this happen. To be blindsided at the last minute with completely different terms was unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. We had an agreement, and they simply failed to honor it. What was even more disappointing was that after I walked out, no one contacted me with an apology or even attempted to make the situation right. I would never buy a car from this dealership and would strongly caution others before doing business here.

I had a persistent rattle and creak in my 5 series and when I had the car in for service the shop techs were unable to locate it. A few days later Ibrahim was good enough to ride with me and pinpointed the problem. HIs customer orientation is top drawer!
