Rick didn't even bother to have anyone look at it or diagnose it until Wednesday afternoon. Of course, that mean the part that he needed to order wouldn't arrive until the weekend. They held her car hostage for a week... with almost no communication. On Friday, Rick left a message, "Part didn't arrive, have a good weekend." No apology. No explanation. No offer of a loaner car. I called on Saturday and finally got someone to loan her a car. She's a full time student with a job with an Asian complexion... I'm a 50-year old white guy. They ignored her but talked to me. You do the math. To a person, every person I talked to was rude and dismissive. Rick was also incompetent.

The first purchase in 2021 was so professional and well done - we came back in 2022. Wish all our past automobile experiences would have been so good .
It started out great, leased a vehicle remotely and was delivered no issues. Sales department, finance great, communication great. Received a call several weeks later stating a piece of paperwork had been missed for me to sign and they would send it for signature and return, I did that. I believe because of that delay I am still waiting for my permanent plate from the DMV which they stated they had to arrange for me. Called to tell them temporary plate would expire in 3 days - called and was on hold for 24 minutes and no one ever came back to the call - finally hung up and kept calling until I was able to get ahold of a human in the finance dept who later stated would send a dealer plate to use by my temporary plate expiration date. One week later and still no plate and no call. No permanent plate either. Reception at this dealership will either answer and say "can you hold" before asking what department you need (that was the 24+ minute call I finally hung up on) or transfer you to a department where it rings nonstop and no one ever comes back to the call. Just rings and rings, that was twice today for 6 minutes just to see and I finally had to hang up. Called back to inform them of this and they said 'hold on let me transfer you to the Finance Manager' and sent me to a voicemail. So I decided it was time to place a review. I'm beyond frustrated. I paid the dealership for my permanent plate as is their process in their state and I am driving around on an expired temporary just waiting to be pulled over, which is common where I live.
We just bought our 2nd BMW through Dave. Despite the inventory challenges, he helped make the process frictionless and quick. Great communication on vehicle status and throughout the day we closed the deal. We also appreciated not getting stuck in the dealership for hours.

Went up to browse cars with my fiance and found a x5that was perfect! Upon purchase I soon found myself overwhelmed with questions on how to utilize all the new features. That's when I found Zack, he was great! There wasn't one question he didn't have a answer to, he even had answers for commonly asked things I had overlooked in my excitement! So not only did I purchase a vehicle I gained a friend for life. I was changing residence so I was a bit uncomfortable about my move out of state. . She listens and genuinely cares . I purchased my vehicle in October of 2020. I decided not to write a review at that time because the sales manager (Linzie Foster) tried to make things right. However, here I am disappointed with the service from this dealership...once again. Disappointment #1 It started with the lack of communication from my salesman. We had an agreed upon a day and time to pick up my car. The day of nothing....CRICKETS!. He did not return my call until 6:00 pm the night I was supposed to pick up only to tell me there has been a recall and now I won't get my car until the following week. Disappointment #2 Pick up my car 5 days later was told everything was completed. YAY! Pick up the car and as I am driving home I see the odometer with a lot more miles than was on it just days prior. So, I quickly call my husband and ask him to get out our paperwork... am I losing my mind here? Nope! The car had 1,100 more miles put on it in the last few days that it had been supposedly, "in the shop across the street." Hmmm...how does that happen? My next call was to Brent Straube to ask him how this happened when my car has been sitting in the shop? One would think his response would have been, "I have no idea, I'm so sorry let me look into this." Again, Nope! Instead, he very sternly changed his tone of voice and said he didn't know and basically said are you kidding me? To me an extra 1,100 miles put on a car that I had already signed the paperwork for and is in my name now should not been driven for the last 5 days for someone to rack up any additional miles. Brent was not nice and very rude he said, "I guess I will rewrite your paperwork." Clearly, he was very put off about this situation and talked to me like a dog. Paperwork was rewritten. They "claim" my salesman wrote down the wrong information on my original paperwork. I test drove the car it only had just turned 19K miles now it had over 20K. Not OK! Disappointment #3 I am now home, remember I picked up my car in the evening.(I live an hour away.) I was VERY clear with my salesman that the car needed to be detailed. He made every promise to me that it would be perfect when I picked up. Pull my car into the garage and start to look it over... I know I should have done this at the dealership but by the time we got everything done and was with the genius to go over all the functions of the car I was ready to go. And there it was...car had not been detailed at the minimum a light vacuum. I could write my name on the dust on the dashboard. This time I did not call Brent or my salesman. I called and asked to speak to the sales manager. Linzie called me back he was very apologetic for the lack of communication, Brent's behavior and now car not detailed. Linzie gave me 2 free oil changes and a full detail service to make up for all of this. He even met me in my hometown to give me my new paperwork. Disappointment #4 Fast forward to today, June 9, 2021. I made an appointment for an oil change and to now get my detail done that was not done back in October. Rick, in service had kept communication with me and called this morning to tell me that "I have 3 guys that tackled your car this morning and the detail was done." YAY! The porter was going to be on his way with my car. Of course, I'm super excited...my car is going to be so clean..CAN'T WAIT to see it. The porter arrives and I immediately notice the car had not been detailed....literally my car was NOT touched on the outside or inside. Not vacuumed, not washed, not ANYTHING! They have now had my car for 2 days over an hour away with more miles and gas used for nothing. When I called Rick of course, he has no idea he "thought" they detailed it? It's been over an hour since I talked to him and someone will call me back...at this point I'm not even confident they changed my oil like they said they did. Please make sure you snap a pic of the miles your car has on it and make sure the car is in the exact condition it should be in before you drive it off the lot. This was my first experience at a "high end dealership" I sure did expect a lot more than what I got! Good Luck!

I went in for an oil change, and waited over two hours despite having a prior appointment. Went outside to inquire if my car was ready and this guy outside the service area says rude 'did you get a call it was ready?'. Waited another 30 mins only to find out the car was ready a while ago, but no one had the courtesy to inform. There's a text message you receive from the service dept the min they take your car in, and it reads 'texting is the best way to reach...', only that they NEVER respond. I left the dealership two and a half hrs later and only to see the oil gauge shows its half full! For a supposedly 'premium' service is this worth the time and misery I was put in? Zero!

I was not really interested in BMW when looking for a new car. I just happened to stop in and Tarik worked with me to acquire the perfect car. He was very personable and made me a very attractive offer on my new X3. He’s very knowledgeable and spent time to answer all my questions about features and functionality. I’ve been back to the dealer a couple of times and everyone is helpful and courteous. A great place to do business.
Had the car I wanted. Did everything remote. Was ready to go as soon as I got there. 5 stars
