I can't say enough good things about Sai at BMW of West St Louis. Not only did he help me trade up from a 2013 BMW to a fully loaded 2023 SUV I couldn’t leave without, but he also made the shopping & test drives quick/easy followed by a super clean delivery and a simple paperwork process. I am a long time, BMW owner, and most of the vehicles that I have leased and purchased have been through BMW of West St. Louis. I have generally received very good service both from the sales, finance and service end from this dealer, however with the lease of my last vehicle, I was a little disappointed and felt a little taken for granted. For the first time I leased the vehicle off the lot I had always previously ordered my vehicles. I leased the vehicle on Friday and was to pick it up on Monday when I picked it up. It wasn’t even vacuumed out still on the showroom floor as it was on Friday. Fingerprints on the car. My meeting with the BMW GENIUS was mixed. He was very good at connecting my phone and answering any questions that I had however, there were a lot of new features that I didn’t know enough to ask that he did not explain which took me a couple of weeks of YouTube tutorials to figure out how everything worked so I was a little disappointed in the GENIUS experience. I also had a question for the finance manager called him. Left a message. Never got a call back these little things make a lot of difference to me and they may steer me to another dealer the next time around, but I felt people needed to know. this buying experience was something less than what I expect.

Wendy was fantastic to work with - she was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I felt comfortable working with her and she was a big reason we decided to proceed with the purchase with our vehicle. All our best to the business manager Armin as well for patiently walking us through the financial aspects of the purchase.

We just picked up our new X3, what a wonderful car, and for the first time, a car buying experience that was pleasant. We felt that from the moment Craig greeted us this was going to be better. Craig introduced us to Dave Ware who became our pilot for the next part of the journey, guiding us through several cars and letting us take two different ones on test runs. When we finally chose the car we wanted Dave turned us over to the finance guy, Bob Whay. Once again this was a pleasant closure, absolutely now pressure but some good advice, he respected our choices. We closed and he had us on our way in no time. I visited this dealership on a Saturday evening with the intention of purchasing a BMW X3. A friend had highly recommended the dealership, particularly the maintenance department, based on her positive experiences bringing her BMW there over the years. She often spoke about how friendly and helpful the service team had been. When I arrived, I spent some time looking at several X3 models but did not test drive any vehicles. I provided my contact information to a salesperson and was told that someone would follow up with me the following week. Unfortunately, I never received a call or email. After waiting, I reached out to the salesperson myself via email but still did not receive a response after four days. I ultimately waited 2 weeks. I then contacted the sales manager, who addressed my concerns the same day. He called that evening, apologized for the lack of communication, and reassigned me to another salesperson, Sina. Sina was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. During our discussions, I shifted my interest from the X3 to a 2 Series Gran Coupe that had previously been used as a loaner vehicle and was available at a lower price point. *Of note, I researched & found this vehicle value significantly drops in value in a short span (checked on various sites).* Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. Part of my decision was related to having an existing vehicle loan balance and not receiving enough on my trade-in to make the numbers work comfortably for me. While I understand the dealership can only offer what the vehicle is worth, I was not comfortable with the final out-the-door figures. Overall, my experience improved significantly once management became involved. The primary reason I am giving this dealership 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of communication and customer service at the beginning of the process. Aside from that issue, I appreciated the professionalism of the sales manager and especially Sina.

I have been fortunate to work with Brandon Giganti twice, this latest time for my new 2026 BMW. Brandon is fantastic! The experience was low pressure, completely transparent and fun.Brandon is extremely knowledgeable about the product and helped me decide which vehicle was best for me. In the long run they refused to pay a single penny for the repairs they promised to do. Over a month later of them holding the vehicle they finally agreed to do the work for $200. After picking my vehicle up I noticed that they did fix the few things wrong, but they also broke a bunch of things in the vehicle and left it in terrible shape. My side panels were all off of the walls, my turbo gauge is loose, they broke a hole in my shift knob. Please do not get any work done or shop here, you will regret it.

Please take the time and read this post Just yesterday, my wife and I were on the search for a vehicle for our soon to be 16-year-old kid. Our son has expressed multiple times that he would love the chance to own a BMW. Let’s be honest my household is a Mercedes household so the brand change was going to be a unique experience if they did not compare to the experience that we get at Mercedes. On our search we found a 2020 BMW it looks like it was the perfect fit of the requirements and options that my son would like. At the time we booked for a Saturday appointment to come and view the car because we were going to go and look at a Mercedes first. So Friday afternoon we ventured out to go and look at the Mercedes just to be disappointed at the quality of the used car that we were looking at. At that time we chose to go on to look at the BMW on Friday instead of Saturday And A messaged the online portal asking if we would be able to view the used vehicle that afternoon instead of Saturday. We were then introduced to Sai Ghazal Who turned out to be our sales associate for this purchase. Let me tell you how this went, Sai Ghazal not only acted quickly and had the car prepared and pulled around before the 20 minutes that we were to arrive absolutely stellar service starting there. He was extremely polite and well-versed in the vehicle that he was posed to sell us. My wife and I then took the vehicle for a test drive and felt that it was a perfect fit for our upcoming 16-year-old son. This level of service did not stop upon our return of the vehicle Sai Ghazal met us outside to review the driving experience that we had in this used vehicle and went through several questions we have about the equipment in the vehicle that we were not used to coming from Mercedes. We then told him that we were pleased and we would like to purchase the vehicle and asked what would be easiest for him in this next stage of the process. To be truly honest at this stage with Mercedes, we would then give them all our information make an appointment to handle everything almost over the phone and then go and pick up the car the next day that’s what we are used to and that luxury car service. He proceeded to explain to us how easy this next process is going to be and should only take a few minutes. Boy, was he right! We were in and out of the dealership after purging his seeing the vehicle and financing no less than 45 minutes!!! Holy cow I don’t think I’ve had a better experience purchasing a car even from Mercedes of St. Louis, which is my wife’s favorite place. Through the entire experience Sai Ghazal was professional polite, well mannered, well, dressed and well-versed in the vehicles that they sold. He hands-down was the main reason we had such a wonderful experience there. Because of this he helped solidify a customer for life. My son loves BMWs, even though our household garage is filled with Mercedes. And I could personally guarantee in the next two years we will be back and purchasing a brand new vehicle for my son for when he graduates high school to help carry him through college. At that time, I will unquestionably reach out to Sai Ghazal to help us once again purchase another BMW for our child. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sai Ghazal Also I might add that Bob Whey in finance was also a dream. He was extremely helpful and kind, I asked right when we finished it they had a giant Bow we could buy for the car for when we surprise my kid with the car. Both Sai and Bob said they have a better idea, we agreed to keep the car at the dealership until the next weekend cause I couldn’t hide it and next weekend the plan Sai came up with is that the car will be ultra detailed and pulled into the showroom with a Bow on the car for the surprise next weekend.. What an amazing idea as he will have no idea and this will be an awesome suprise! I can’t wait till next weekend and also introduce Sai to my son as that relationship will only continue to grow over the years.

We had all of the paperwork completed and even paid a deposit to hold the car. We asked multiple times if they needed anything else from us and were repeatedly told no. My appointment to pick up the car was at 9:00 a.m., yet the salesman arrived ten minutes late. After finally sitting down to sign the paperwork, we were suddenly told that a $15,000 down payment was required to complete the deal. At no point was this ever discussed beforehand — despite us specifically asking multiple times if there was anything else needed. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up this vehicle and even moved my chemo appointment to make this happen. To be blindsided at the last minute with completely different terms was unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. We had an agreement, and they simply failed to honor it. What was even more disappointing was that after I walked out, no one contacted me with an apology or even attempted to make the situation right. I would never buy a car from this dealership and would strongly caution others before doing business here.

I was an out of state buyer and Craig took the time to make and send videos of the vehicles I was considering in which he showed specific features and differences. Questions I had were answered quickly either in phone calls or emails. Both Craig and Bob Whay in finance helped to move the process efficiently along. If an out of state buyer cannot find what they want from their local dealer then I recommend they give Craig a call.
