I have bought many vehicles from different parts of the country, but haven’t had an experience as smooth, trustful, and simple as the one I had dealing with Dave Ware (sales) and Bob Whay (finance) at BMW of West St Louis. Bob helped us complete an out of state transaction and overnighted all documents back and forth. Dave even drove 2 hrs to mid-Missouri to deliver the new car! Will definitely be doing business with this team again.

One of the better car buying experiences. Veronica was knowledgeable about the vehicle and could assist with the number of options available. She was also able to find a vehicle that met my needs which was not even at the dealership but was in transit at a very competitive price.
Adam didn’t give me a box of chocolates or a bow on my vehicle, but he was very responsive and helpful in getting my deal closed. When I went back-and-forth on the purchase and finally gave him a credit card to hold the vehicle until I could get back there he did not make other purchases with my card. He even went above and beyond and personally buffed a spot I saw when picking up my X3. His boy, Johnny Polo, was very helpful with the online set up as well. ...and Bob didn’t treat me like it ...
