I asked that the windows be tinted before I picked up the car. The tinting was done perfectly and the car was ready for me when I arrived. The final paperwork and payment were handled professionally. This is the third model I have purchased at BMW of West St. Louis.

Owner Craig Suntrup’s introduction and conversation reinforced the sense of commitment throughout the organization. Business manager Amir made the paperwork and maintenance package decisions understandable. Tech expert Larry made the computer on wheels manageable for a new car novice like me. Other employees observed struck me as knowledgeable and engaged. These people, the inventory of cars I was seeking, and financing opportunities helped me rather confidently buy a new car for the first time.

We had all of the paperwork completed and even paid a deposit to hold the car. We asked multiple times if they needed anything else from us and were repeatedly told no.
My appointment to pick up the car was at 9:00 a.m., yet the salesman arrived ten minutes late. After finally sitting down to sign the paperwork, we were suddenly told that a $15,000 down payment was required to complete the deal.
