Excellent experience with West County BMW. Everyone was friendly, professional, and communicative, and they made the entire process easy. They handled routine maintenance, new tires, an alignment, and even coordinated a wheel repair while the car was there (which was exceptionally well done). Pricing felt very fair, especially considering the work was being done through a certified BMW dealership. Service was quick! I ordered a 2027 BMW 430i xDrive. They estimated it would take about four months to arrive and it came in exactly 2 months! I absolutely love the vehicle! The dealership promised to fix multiple things on a vehicle before I bought it. In the long run they refused to pay a single penny for the repairs they promised to do. Over a month later of them holding the vehicle they finally agreed to do the work for $200. We had all of the paperwork completed and even paid a deposit to hold the car. We asked multiple times if they needed anything else from us and were repeatedly told no.
My appointment to pick up the car was at 9:00 a.m., yet the salesman arrived ten minutes late. After finally sitting down to sign the paperwork, we were suddenly told that a $15,000 down payment was required to complete the deal.
