I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. Starting with Veronica Tran which was super fun to work with. We ordered our X6 so it takes extra attention and Veronica is the perfect consultant for that. Linzie, the sales manager was in touch with us through the whole process and was very responsive. Zack was awesome too, sending us videos on our new car. Bob made the finance process smooth and easy. We are from Florida and will definitely be back to the same dealership even if it's far. The treatment we got was beyond our expectations from a luxury brand.

After four years I returned to BMW West St. Louis after and I am glad to be back. Veronica, my advisor, was in constant communication with me and was patient as I tried to figure out what exactly I wanted. The purchase process was pretty straight forward and no high pressure tactics during the financing process. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, not pushy and pretty laid back. I look forward to the dealership providing me the great customer service I remember from my last BMW purchase.

I just leased my second car in a row from BMW of West St. Louis. In my latest lease, I worked with Rami Ramadan, who gave me the best experience I've had to date with any car salesman anywhere. Rami knew I really wanted the BMW Z4 and kept me apprised as a new one was on its way to the U.S. He reserved me the first test drive, literally right after the car came off the transport, and helped me realize that this car was the one I should have. (I'd been wanting to get the M-Class version of the Z4, and ended up with the "standard" Z4, which has worked out well for me.) Rami took the time to show me a lot of the features of the car, particularly the electronics, by drilling down in the menus and helping me find out about things I otherwise wouldn't have known. He helped me get my iPhone set up and my keycard, and even programmed the garage door button for me when he drove my other car home so that my wife didn't have to make a special trip to pick up the vehicle I drove to the dealership with. I truly couldn't be happier with the dealership or salesman.
